Background
・Dozens of paper-based order forms were manually entered into the system each day, resulting in frequent delays in order processing and numerous transcription errors.

Solution
We built a system that uses OCR to automatically recognize paper-based order forms and instantly import the order information into the system.
To handle cases that are typically difficult for standard OCR—such as handwritten text, misalignment from fax transmissions, and image distortion—we combined our proprietary correction and recognition technologies, significantly improving data accuracy.
